Directors
- Gillian Liesnham - MD - Gillian has years of experience in the telecoms industry and as well as running the company handles the sales side of the business, she started the company with her husband and a former work colleague in 1999.
- Andy Coley - Technical Director - Andy is in charge of the development team, which handles the construction of the database/e-commerce websites taking the superb designs and creating working websites.
Design Staff
- Jakub Zelichowski - Lead Designer - Jakub has a wealth of design experience and creates stunning designs making our sites not only visually appealing but fully search engine optimised as well!
- Pawel Winnicki - Designer - Pawel's design skills and specialist flash scripting knowledge allows us to create some fantastic site designs - such as the dynamic xml based flash menu on our home page.
- Kerry Barnes - Designer - Kerry specialises in logo design and creation. This is an important aspect for many new businesses or indeed existing businesses undergoing a rebranding or new product launch.
Development, Optimisation and Support Staff
- Sally Taylor - Developer/Support - Sally also creates the database and e-commerce sites, as well as handling a majority of the customer support issues and maintenance requests.
- Kevin Ballard - Developer/Optimisation - Kevin also works on the development side of the business as well as specialising in marketing and optimisation of our customers websites.
Office/Admin Staff
- Stewart Liesnham - Accounts & General Management - Stewart handles not only the accounts side of the business, but as a shareholder in the company, along with Gillian and Andy, helps to steer us on the right path!
- Caroline McLean - Office/Project Manager - Caroline handles the day to day running of the office, she'll probably be the person you speak to first when you ring up! She provides project management support on some of our development projects.
- Catherine Thomas - Project Manager - Catherine is the link between the sales, design and development processes as she makes sure that projects run smoothly and that customers are kept up to date with the progress of their sites.
That's all of us for the moment, with 10 staff we are big enough to cope with the most demanding of projects but small enough to care about each and every site that we create.
Our websites are not produced from templates or put onto a "conveyor belt" and churned out the other end, we consult with our customers right from the very start, that's why we have customers from 1999, who's designs evolve with their business, just as our ability to deliver great websites does as well!
