"Apple Office Equipment has been established for many years selling digital, mono and colour copiers/printers and Risograph digital printers as well as providing a comprehensive after sales service. As a director of the company and having worked in the industry for 25 years, I know my business very well. However, when it came to having a website, admittedly it was an area I didn’t know much about. We realised that to reach new customers and to keep existing customers informed of new products, we needed a website which was going to be informative but at the same time eye-catching and easy to use.
We spoke to various companies but soon realised that we needed to find one with the same vision for our business as we had, so Web-Feet was an obvious choice. From the outset I felt at ease and confident as the Web-Feet team listened to our initial thoughts and came up with some great ideas for our site. The communication throughout the process was excellent and I felt we were kept informed and involved at every stage of the process and very much worked together, which I felt was important.
Our website went live last month and it has already attracted new customers who have commented on how the site is informative and easy to use.

Elliott Brothers - April 2007
"Eighteen months ago Elliott Brothers saw a niche in the market so, supported by our successful tool warehouse, decided to launch an e-commerce website to sell tools throughout the UK mainland.
We spoke to several web design companies but, from their initial design proposal, it was clear that the Web-Feet team were on the same wavelength and totally understood our requirements. In fact there were only a few, very minor tweaks from that initial design to create the website you see today. Whilst launching the e-commerce website we also took the opportunity to have our tired corporate website redesigned so the two sites complement each other.
The website went live in December 2005 and, despite having a new domain name, we achieved remarkable success in the first month, with 2,800 visitors to the site and 41 orders. Fifteen months on visitor numbers last month reached over 35,000 with a dramatic increase in orders.
Not only is the website aesthetically pleasing and simple to navigate, it is also very quick and easy to add new products and editorial content.
Sophisticated statistics are in place, allowing us to track customers as they progress through the site, view the pages they have looked at and to track sales back to their point of origin. This enables us to monitor advertising and spend where we get the best ROI.
We have been very impressed with Web-Feet throughout the project and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies thinking of creating an online presence or e-commerce shop.

Love That Wine - March 2007
"Web-feet were chosen to design the Lovethatwine site last year due to our having worked with them before on a previous project. The site we had in mind to build was one which required a large amount of both creative and logistic input, and Web-feet proved to be extremely apt at combining the two.
The aim of the Lovethatwine website was a site where ordinary wine-drinking people could come to share their opinions on wines sold in the UK stores. The site had to be extremely consumer-friendly in both design and functionality, and was based around a database of wines, a search facility, a mechanism for writing reviews and a forum.
We found that Web-feet very much took on board the brief we initially presented to them, and instead of simply following instructions, they took on a very much hands-on role. They used their wealth of web-site design experience, and worked with us to create the site which we had envisaged and made it a successful reality.
Since launching the site in September 2006, Web-feet secured us extremely good Google rankings in a particularly short space of time. So much so that many of the wines represented on the Lovethatwine site have secured higher natural rankings via our consumer reviews than have been achieved by their own efforts. This has turned out to be a key asset within our commercial drive.
A noteworthy point in our dealings with Web-feet is their quick response rate, quick turnaround time and their general flexibility. Working with Web-feet has been more of a partnership than an Agency/Client relationship, and we feel that they continue to give us a high level of service and priority in all aspects of our business.

Monster Parties - February 2007
“Monster Parties has been trading on-line for over three years. We started very small and like many on-line businesses we have grown very quickly. Our website is our shop-window so when we decided that we needed to improve it finding the right partner wasn’t easy.
Our customers had told us that they liked the simplicity of our site and the that information was presented clearly. We wanted to retain this element but improve the design and make the ‘look and feel’ more professional.
The Webfeet team interpreted our requirements with their first attempt! Simple, clear and clean presentation of the products we had to offer. Good graphics which enables our customers to find their way around the site, and clear presentation of site information.
Not only did we decide to re-design our website but we decided to change hosting providers and upgrade the database. All this work was carried out at the same time very proficiently and it all went without a hitch.
The result, a three fold increase in our website hits, improved rankings with the major search engines, and a consequential sales growth.
