Our standard charges are £30+VAT for half an hour and £50+VAT for one hour. Our minimum charge is £30+VAT.
Do you need support?
We recommend a support contract if you feel that you will be contacting us about issues such as: issues to do with your website (e.g. "I get this error message when I do this...") issues with your email service email set-up (new addresses, how to set up email accounts, out of office messages, upgrades, spam etc.) login reminders “How do I do this on my website?” etc.
As part of this improvement we have appointed a dedicated support person and telephone number just for customers with support contracts. This means that you will have one point of contact for all requests and they will be handled quicker.
Contract prices
Our recommended contracts are as follows and are based on a monthly fee (+ VAT) paid by standing order:
£5 - basic email support and login reminders only (does not cover any website issues)
£10 - email and design support recommended for customers with static websites
£25 - email, design and basic development support recommended for customers with databased websites
£50 - email, design, development and e-commerce support recommended for customers with e-commerce or large databased sites
Support contracts are taken out for an initial minimum period of twelve months and are subject to one month’s notice for cancellation after the initial twelve month period.
