What does maintenance cover?
Maintenance covers changes such as:
.Text changes
.Image replacement
.Contact updates
.Minor Design or Development adjustments etc
Time Scales
We aim to complete all maintenance requests within 2 weeks of receiving them. If you would like a completion date before that, please include the date in the details. We will then contact you and let you know whether your special request can be done in the timeframe requested.
Maintenance contracts
Maintenance contracts vary depending on which type of website you will be maintaining, starting from £30 +VAT for 30 minutes worth of amendments and £50 +VAT for 60 minutes, or if you are going to be updating frequently there is also monthly maintenance options. All we do is remove the amount of time from your purchased amount every time you request maintenance to your website. You can add more time at any point if you are planning a bigger project.
