Will I get email addresses?
If your website is being hosted with us, you can have as many email addresses for that domain as you want.

What will I need to do to get my emails?We will send you full details and instructions on how to set up your new email accounts in Microsoft Outlook. See our user guides below.
Can I get my emails via my other email address?We can redirect your emails to any other email address that you want, e.g xyz@hotmail.co.uk
If you want something a bit more complicated than that, just speak to us and we’ll let you know if what you want can be done.
Will my existing emails stop working?When your website is ready we will set up your hosting and email addresses. At that point we will update the DNS (Domain Name Servers) on your domain to point it to your new hosting. It can take up to 72 hours for these changes to take full effect, however in reality it is usually completed within 6 – 24 hours. If your existing services are still running, then there should be no interruption as the details change over. Otherwise there may be a brief interruption to services.

Another name for your email account which is identified by your email address. So, emails sent to your email address would end up in your mailbox (can be called a POP3 account). |
