Our shared mail service is currently having some issues. The problem is currently being investigated by our system administrators and will be resolved as soon as possible.
This issue will affect all shared mail users as well as dedicated server customers that are using our Spambouncer service. |

The shared mail server cluster is still under heavy load. We are currently working on adding new servers into the cluster to help cope with the demand and will update customers once the work is complete. |

This is a service update to inform you of the current status of our email server issues. All issues should now be reaching resolution. Any emails that have not arrived at their destinations are held in the mail server queue, and are currently being processed. An extra server has been added to the mail cluster to handle the bottleneck of dedicated virus scanning. This extra server has increased throughput of emails tenfold, and solved time out issues. I have been informed that this new server will be a permanent addition to the cluster, and that these problems should not arise again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. |
